Your safety is our primary concern and we also want to keep well too! We take our infection control measures seriously and we publish our Infection Control Policy. This provides some information about the measures we are taking to ensure the safety of you and our team.

Our clinic and strict procedures have been set-up to keep you and our team safe and fully meet the guidelines set up by the Government and UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA). A copy of our current Infection Prevention and Control Risk Assessment can be requested by email

We have introduced the following measures to support social distancing and infection control during the COVID-19 pandemic. This is reviewed depending on infection risk:

  1. Please wear a face covering when infection rates are high and especially if you have symptoms or are knowingly positive for SARs-CoV-2; please wear this on entry
  2. If you do not have a face-covering, then we will provide you with a surgical mask
  3. Please sanitise your hands
  4. Your clinician will wear appropriate PPE for the service being provided. This may include a Grade IIR surgical mask, a visor, gloves and a disposable apron
  5. The room will be fully cleaned and ventilated between clients
  6. Use the alcohol hand gel after your appointment
  7. Please advise us in advance of your appointment if you have developed symptoms of COVID19 or are knowlingly positive.

This policy was last updated on 13 July 2022.
