What type of conditions can you help with?

Common ailments often either clear up on their own or with simple treatments.

However, some require treatment with prescription medicines, whilst others may be treated ‘over-the-counter’.

In a half-hour consulation you will have plenty of time to share what has been going on and for us to better understand the ‘whole you’. We will listen to your answers to some questions about your health and discuss what that may mean and any appropriate treatments. If we have any concerns about your symptoms we can triage you and discuss a referral that we believe is appropriate for your condition.

The sort of conditions we can assess and treat under this service include, but are not restricted to:

  • Urinary tract infections, cystitis, bladder sensitivity

Medication review

Medication Review

Understanding what your prescribed medicines are for, how they work and the benefits of taking them correctly is important for your overall health. We can listen to any concerns you may have about your treatment, any side effects you may be experiencing and what is, and is not, safe to take or eat with it.

We can also undertake a pharmacogenomic test which is a very specialised DNA test enabling us to understand which medicines you are likely to best respond to and which ones will cause side effects.

Blood test review and follow-up

Test Results Review

If you have asked us to do a blood test for you, we can arrange a consultation either in the clinic or remotely over the phone or online video consultation to discuss what the results mean for you.

Sometimes looking at an array of blood test values can be daunting and so we don’t just send them to you. We help you understand each one and what it is telling you about your health.
