Terms and Conditions – cancellation
- Appointments, tests and service cancelled within 24 hours of appointment will not be refunded. The appointment can be transferred to a future date at no additional charge.
- Appointments cancelled before 24 hours of the appointment will be refunded less a £20 administration fee.
- Where tests are managed by a third party, we will do everything to meet your testing deadline however we cannot guarantee results will be received within the defined timeframe if there is an issue which is outside our control i.e. due to a failure by the laboratory or courier
